      Nope. The HMCTS i am in contact with is, Poole, as the fine went to them. So the RCM and AEM i've spoken to have been based there.

        Right. The following details are for the Head of Enforcement Operations (South), who is based at Southend-On-Sea Magistrates Court, in Essex. HEOs are in overall charge of enforcement within their areas of jurisdiction.

          Hi, just to update.

          I received a reply from them. Which basically said its my fault I didn't check the cheque went through and that payment was taken, so I have no choice but to pay the bailiffs what they want. As they have no power to remove the warrant as it wasn't issued incorrectly from their side of things...

            Whilst it is indeed your fault that you did not verify that payment had been made, it is their fault that they did not remind you.
