He is a thug and a bully and Marston Group would be doing the right thing by submitting a Form 5 to Exeter Combined Court Centre, where he is certificated, with a view to the court revoking his certificate. His history clearly indicates he is not a fit and proper person to be acting as a bailiff.
    So the the criminal thug is still working as a bailiff, shame there isn't a copper willing to feel his collar, if they were attending one of his visits.

      hi new on here but have taken advice etc on another well known forum, found your pdf very interesting , according to appendix G 1.4 stage 2 initial vist,it does say that they must source at local level to basically confirm person infact resides at the address they are executing this Warrant on........
      So presumably this would mean local records ie Council Tax register as all persons residing aged over 18 are supplied on the form they send ,but only the bill payers are named on the Tax yearly bill no other dependants as well as the electoral register[basic local census forms]

        There is the Electoral Register, which shows all persons resident at any given address within a local authority area. Law enforcement agencies often use it to confirm a person's residential address where they have taken a person into custody or are investigating a crime and wish to ensure they have the right person. It's not rocket science.

          It's as well it isn't rocket science.
          I doubt that any bailiff could cope with differential calculus. msl:

            Bailiff maths, £24.50 + £18 = £350 or is it £500, bailiff scratching his head, in a very confused manner
            :confused2::confused2:
