          Re: Equita Bailiff Charges

My friend is paying the charges via Equita online payment service. I've written a letter to Equita stating that my balance has now been paid. I will also call the council to inform them of the situation so that they have it on their records that it's been paid.

I will also contact the court who issued Mr Bailiff and inform them of the charges he tried to take from me.....

Will update when all is done and dusted. Thanks ALL.

It always works labman...they will do a three point turn in one move it takes a while because they have to run from dept to dept to see if they are doing right or wrong...usually they can't answer themselves and simply take the payment without further ado!!
