    Re: Equita Bailiff Charges!?

This may not be the right thread to put my question on but here goes,
Having read so many posts concernining bailiffs fees i would like to know one thing if you have paid the original debt in full after it is passed to bailiffs what if anything can bailiffs do to get their fees after all it seems to me the debt being claimed after a court action has been paid so what can they do,moreso have bailiffs ever taken anyone to court to recover their fees????/

Its a good ?.....But a scary one at that.....having to hide your car, keep locking everything and the constent worry even after you've paid you actual debt. And even when the law states there are so many things they shouldnt do, and yet they still do and get away with, no wonder so many people just keep paying. There is so little control.

Thank god for forums like this and petitions, such as the one Blubottle has!

thank you. i know it's bad, but i told the baliff in a phone conversation that i had sold the car...I'm sure he hears it all the time. lol.
I've parked it well away.....too far, but im not risking anything here.

I will send a copy to the council and when i get some more info re breakdown fees, i'll come clean and email Equita
        What a nightmare....Never again
