thankyou to everybody for their help, i had my first good nights sleep in 4 months.
all i need is the court hearing so i can produce my defence then i will be happy. after reading this forum i have found claimants must inform you they are taking you to court, she never done this, she just put a claim in then wrote to me 2 weeks later to say she intends to take me. she hasnt followed the rules so hope judgement will be set aside and a fair hearing will go ahead. thankyou again everyone. x

on a more serious note, in her court papers she is complaining that my cat sufferes from travel sickness and also when she puts him near her 5 queens in season my cat is very vocal. thought all stud cats were vocal. what does she expect him to do be quiet and have a sleep. anyway you have all been a great help and i will let you know what happens next.

thats one device i would love to put her in lol. she lives an hour and a half away but yes her driving was awful. ive travelled 2 hours with him and he wasnt sick then so guess ive answered my own question. on a good note being at my local court i know where the free parking is, she wont and will have to pay lots and she has all the travelling to do aswell. serves her right. x

Well, thank goodness for it not being true, but i reallyu wouldnt put anything past the chines with their cruelty to animals in general, glad that has been cleared up, but whoever created the site must be sick

sorry labman, i came on this forum for some advise regarding bailiffs and thought i had found a site where people took jokes with the website links which put me off.
basically a breeder wanted to swap studboys with me then after she had used him wanted to return him but only if i paid petrol expenses. when i refused she put a claim for 1500 through MCOL. thought this cant be right so ignored the claim form then found myself to have a judgement default which ive asked the court to set aside. im still waiting for this to happen even though i sent my forms back 28th februaury. as my paperwork is backlogged at northampton bulk centre i received a warrant of execution and the bailiffs arrived. ive managed to ignore them so far and asked the court for an emergency hearing but been told this can take 2 weeks. contacted the bailiff office and given them a copy of the paperwork which i sent to the court.... answer until the hearing is heard bailiffs are within their rights to do a walking possession. walking on egg shells now for awhile.
