To Whom It May Concern:-

I have received two letters from yourselves regarding an outstanding fine from the DVLA.

I am currently liaising with the DVLA on this matter and would like to inform you that until I have a response from them I will not be engaging in further correspondence with you.

However, I do require a copy of the distress warrant, as mentioned in your 1st letter (dated May 6th 2011). This warrant I have never before seen or been made aware of until your letter.

I do apologise for the delay in getting in contact with you but I have been visiting family, and therefore there has been a delay in dealing with my mail.

I trust this to be acceptable and thank you for your cooperation.

Oh well its gone now.

I sent it to the Bailiffs special delivery before 1pm (signature required on delivery).

I tried to call the DVLA today but they said the Bournemouth office was dealing with it and they closed at 5pm.

Im going to call them tomorrow and record the call, so i know exactly what has gone on.

When i called them today, it came to light that i had moved since we sold the van :doh:. How the hell you dont realize that i got no idea, but welcome to the world of me!!!
