Hi I have completed the N225 and offered a payment of £30.00pcm,this was acheived with the CAB adcvice, I now am waiting the reply, however, had a phone call from LINK asking if I had made an N225 application, it seems that LINK have applied for the Bailiff action in the hope I would complete a N225 rather than the warrant be executed, i may be wrong but the phone call seemed to concentrate more on the N225 and had i made an offer,than we are about to execute the warrant,
