So I haven't received a reply from UKPC but I received the attached letter from DCBL.

Shall I respond to them or just leave it?

I wouldn't bother wasting a stamp on a reply which will be ignored.
You will next receive a letter before action from DCB LEGAL, followed by a court claim which you can defend.

So I had my letter returned from UKPC saying please be advised this is not a UKPC parking charge?

Wondering whether to send this onto POPLA? Or just wait ?

UKPC has replied like that because because it's Total Car Parks Ltd that issued the PCN .... so now write to Total Car Parks.

Sorry, I inadvertently mentioned UKPC in post 39 and I assume you picked it up from there.
You do need to question/check what is posted on here as we can all make mistakes


You can't appeal to POPLA without a code number supplied by the parking company
