    Hi KELLIE79

    Welcome to LB

There are certain things they can do, but if you are 'vulnerable', there are things they can't do.

If you are 'vulnerable' what you can do is email the following letter to the bailiffs and the Creditor.

If you have evidence, i.e. doctors letter etc, that would help.

Ask the bailiff (email a copy to the Council, but find someone at the Council who you can email it to)
to return the debt to the Creditor in your case the Council.

The liability order has been granted by the court. Perhaps go and meet the council and arrange to pay back the arrears in stages. This will not go away.
