Which Enforcement Order

Hi Legal Beagles

My daughter and I would like to know how to get funds from a car sales company having been awarded Ł5,300 by the court. The defendant has not showed any signs of paying, despite being given 14 days to pay back in Aug 2019.

If the company is solvent then upgrade to the high court and high court enforcement officers. The companies will handle the paperwork for you.
