  • Notice of Earnings Order through County Court Money Centre

    Lowell Portfolio I Ltd issued me Notice of Application for Attachemnet of Earnings Order through County Court Money Centre through County Court Money Centre.

    This is a follow up of CCJ they obtained in 2015 through a credit card arrears they bought from another company.
    I am a Part Time Zero Contract Agency worker and a student. What should I do please.

    I need some advice please.

    Oppose the application on the grounds that you have no fixed income to attach.
