    interesting read this one.

    divorced in 2003/4 with settlement, ex wife accuses the hubby of hiding money, and partitions to get settlement changed.. Hubbys been charged over money laundering anyhow from a different case.... Reads like a plot from a afternoon tv drama.
    crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even

        Ahh good. So cases where assets etc have been hidden, can be reopened to take those into account ?
