    Hi ,

    I've currently been paying money to lowells for three seperate debts , Vodafone, vanquis credit card , JD Williams catalogue, all depts well over 6 years old maybe 10 , if I'm paying money to lowell does that mean the debts are now not statutory barred ?

    Yes, because you've been making payments, the debts are not 'statute barred', but what you could do is find out if they are 'unenforceable' and if the agreements are compliant with the CCA 1974.

    Send the following for each account -

    Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

    If they are 'unenforceable', you can consider ceasing payments or settle the account for a 'nominal' amount.
