I have an old debt with Lowell which is still showing on my credit reference because they are claiming that I have defaulted on payments to them this year when I have had no contact with them at all since 2013.
I have never made an agreement with them

Does it actually show the default date as 2019 or is it that Lowel have just bought the debt and taking over reporting so it looks like it's 2019? If you can do a screenshot of what is showing on your credit file removing personal details, that might be useful.
