    Quick note that the link to the Preliminary Letter for the Reclaiming credit card charges - HOW TO..... thread does not appear to be working - instead it opens upa page whereby I am told I dont have access/authority to enter the thread
    Is this Letter still valid/relevant?

    Ahh no it isn't really, credit card charges generally only claimable from before 2006 and as we're past 2012 they're generally out of limitations. There ARE other arguments but not something a template letter step by step guide can work on for the 'masses'. Thanks for the heads up that that thread needs sorting out.
