Civil court fees ( updated 9th March 2015)
For courts, the most common fees are set out in leaflet EX50 - Civil and Family Court Fees - High Court, County Court and Family Proceedings Courts.
Money claims
To issue a claim for money, the following fees will be payable based on the amount claimed, including interest.
You may be eligible for a reduction or full remission of these fees if you are on a low income or certain benefits - see here
