Do you want to contest it - is there any point? Does the claimant know that your company has ceased trading?

If you want to contest the claim, you will need to acknowledge service and file your company's defence to the claim.

Am I right in thinking that there is little point in contesting it as the company has ceased trading . There is no money within the company, part of the reason for closing it was due to lack of finance

The claimant objected to the company being struck off due to the pending court case.
I really do not know what to do for the best

Hi, Ernest Wilson valued my business for £27500 for quick sell, now I'm going to court soon to defend a case against them, but they're denying it, and saying that was for testing the water!!! And their value was between £20k and £25 !!! Will judges going to believe it without any evidences!?
