Ive recently found out my mum has been using a credit card in my name and its given me a bad credit score, shes admitted doing it, but is chronically ill both mentally and physically, how can I get it all taken of my credit rating without her being prosecuted

Is/was she an authorised signatory who has 'taken advantage'?
Was she using a card without permission? (If so, how did she do so?).
Did she obtain it fraudulently? (Apply for it giving your name & details?)

She did it all without telling me she hid the statements etc and paid it monthly out her her bank .i can pay it off as its about £1000 as I don't want to have her prosecuted . I'm taking her to see her doctors today as she's really not got the mental capacity any more to know what she doing
