Re: Permission

Could it be your internet provider blocking access??

It all depends on what sort of site you are trying to access I suppose ( Amethyst might know??)

      Re: Permission

Depends what the message is, what the site is etc. Is this a Google message or Virgin or something ? Screenshots of the messages might help work out if its a security issue with the site, a blocking from your IP provider or if your IP has been banned etc.

          Re: Permission

Ahhhhh, that's a forum permission thing then I think (you're not subscribed to VIP so won't have access to that area) Or your not logged in when you click it.

            Re: Permission

Okay think I've sussed it - it was switching from http://legalbeagles to http:www.legalbeagles in the URL on the link you were pressing which was removing your cookies and logging you out.

            I think I've fixed it ...

                Re: Permission

Okay - if you try to read a post that is in a restricted area, (ie VIP ) without having the relevant permissions, then you would see that message.

Reading it, it really isn't all that user friendly is it.... I'll see what can be done about that.
