Not if they succeed in an application. If they fail in the application, possibly. If the application is without merit or irrelevant to the case, possibly - but in that case it would not succeed anyway.
Think we'd need a bit more to go on really as there's not really ever any black and white answers in court proceedings. I'm guessing you've made an application and the other side have threatened to obtain wasted costs against you if you lose ? ( or if you win ?)#staysafestayhome

The defendants solicitors requested twice for further infomation but the lip was having problems obtaining this plus other social problems running at same time when the further info was supplied to the defendants solicitors they did not object third time to the application but have requested wasted costs what shocks the lip in his claim if wasted costs are applied throughout the case the lip may win final trial but lose due to lack of knowledgeOriginally posted by Amethyst View PostNot if they succeed in an application.
