    HI

    I have issued a court claim for costs regarding some work I did for my boss.

    However he has not paid so I am using mcol to claim my money back these are the steps I have in MCOL Overview what do they mean?

    You submitted a judgment against Mr Debtor on 04/06/2017 at 13:53:17




    Your judgment against Mr Debtor was issued on 05/06/2017 at 19:23:15




    A bar was put in place for Mr Debtor on 13/06/2017

    That normally means you've jumped on a default judgment a bit quick and the court either received the defence but had a back log in booking it in, or the defendant received notice of the judgment and applied to set it aside.

    Best thing to do is give the court a call and check the situation.
