TOOK OUT LOAN
MONEY DRAMATICALLY REDUCED-OH BENEFITS STOPPED ALL TOGETHER UNABLE TO PAY BACK £1000
HAVE NOT ACKNOWLEDGED ANY LETTERS WHICH HAVE BEEN SENT TO ME

HAVE NOW RECEIVED CLAIM FROM PRA GROUP £2.000

ALSO SAYS I ENTERED INTO AGREEMENT WITH LLOYDS WHICH UNLESS THEY HAVE MERGED WITH THE BANK I TOOK LOAN WITH THEN THIS IS FALSE.

HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED CLAIM AND WANT TO DEFEND ALL OF CLAIM HAVE CCA READY TO SEND TO PRA GROUPBUT NO ADDRESS TO SEND CCR TO PRA GROUP LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE???????

- ISSUED ON 17TH-
-I HAVE ACKNOWLEGED THIS ONLINE

That address at the top is different from the Bromley address I have for them- so are you telling me that is their legal representatives address?

no rush with defence yet we try and submit it just before deadline to halt the solicitors trying to discredit your defence with theirs, later the better as they run out of time to submit theirs.

ok The address on the N1 form (for sending documents and payments) is only the Bromley address,so I am assuming now i send both things there in different envelopes ,one to PRA GROUP and one to the legal rep??

so sorry the heat and being heavily pregnant does not help my brain cells function well at all.

As of yet I heard nothing from either Pra group (except return of my postal order) or their representing solicitor..

I understand I have to put in my defence regardless if I hear from them in time or not.

If so then ask @Kati if she would be kind enough to merge the threads so you can get help since your Defence needs to be filed soon.
