Error in Bundle submitted

Hi,

I have submitted a witness statement and Bundle to the Small Claims Court. I have just realized that in the Contents page attached to the front of the Bundle I have made
a small error in the document index list. I have failed to list one document. All the documents are correctly referenced in the witness statement and they have all been included in the Bundle.

Should I contact the Court to resubmit the cover page or is it ok to leave it as it is?

Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

I would send your correct copy of the contents page to the court to be added to the bundle and also send a copy to the other party. Shouldn't be any need to submit the entire bundle again.
