  • Pension Scam

I am a lucky survivor of a pension scam, as I have managed to recover 92% of my pension back from the offshore unregulated funds they got invested in, but there are hundreds who are still unaware they have been scammed and likely to face financial ruin.

I have written a detailed report of the ordeal and I want to send it to the FCA and Action Fraud (and my MP) in the hope they will prosecute the perpetrators.

What I could really do with is a "legal" eye cast over it (or an FCA eye even) and maybe some suggestions as to improvements. It looks water tight to me and the authorities should be able to prosecute the perpetrators and maybe save hundreds of innocent victims from discovering they are not going to retire comfortably.

Anyone interested that has some legal background or FCA or Action Fraud experience and want to give a quick glance at my report to ensure it is written in a way the authorities can use effectively, drop me a pm (if pm's work here) and I will email it to you for comment.

I want these people put away.

'Fraid Not. Much of the evidence I have contains too much personal data and puts me in a vulnerable position in such a public space. I have a very detailed report, gave it to two people on this forum. I didn't get back what I wanted and I have asked for it to be deleted to protect me from possible data protection leaks but neither has confirmed all copies have been deleted so I am not continuing with further disclosure of my case. I have now distributed my report to the authorities (FCA, Action Fraud, Pension Regulator, CNB, MFSA, Action Fraud, and my MP). I have a CRN from action fraud and so I am just waiting to see how this plays out.

Thanks for your interest but this forum proved to be a waste of time and I am not offering any more personal information. Suffice it to say my pension was worth almost half a million pounds in 2015.
