    It is good that you have these details now, Lowell do not necessarily have them and for example may try to reconstitute a copy. At the moment there is not too much to worry about.

    The default notice should be really quite specific and include the amount you need to repay , what happens if you don't , a date when that repayment must be made by . The letter should be dated .

    If you want to either post up copies of the DN as well with all your personal details removed or if you are not sure what to maybe email them to [MENTION=49370]Kati[/MENTION]. Sorry having a mind block as to her email address , she would redact them and post them up.

    If that is all they have as a signed agreement I think Lowell may have a job of their hands

              Well the last one is a default notice

              As it is not what I would call a traditional DN , i.e it is based on being in a payment plan the only thing I can see is that there is no specific date for the remedy- just 28 days . I am not sure if a Judge would count this as being defective - I just don't know. Judges are strange beasts all with their own agenda and although they should uphold the law sometimes you need to explain it to them in simple english.
