they no doubt got it and may respond, nothing new with the rip off Royal Mail recorded delivery site as we foiund out many a time

least you have proof of posting so no problem there attach it to your copy of letter.

Pre Action Conduct letter (and copy of CCA letter sent to Lowell on 18/4/17) Have this Morning been signed for by BW Legal (was sent recored on 3/5/17) Just thought I better update

OK today in the post from capital one is my SAR 49 pages it includes a photocopy of my signed CCA a Default notice short account statements Account sold to Lowell in 2012 It says it is complete application form and scanned credit agreement Have had no response off Lowell or BW Legal to the CCA do I put pic up here of CCA or send private to someone please as worried now !!

redact copy CCA and post on here for peeps to check it? make sure as stated no personal/account details showing,m,, no doubt a small piece of paper with name address and that it so signature and nothing else?

Thought so as I discribed , well they have a possible problem short credit application and T&Cs not present on application o.k. try and get @Diana M to look in for you
