ok I rung the court number this morning 03001231372 and all I got on the phone number was this is a kingston communications im test line and then a beep and nothing? I'm stressing even more now does anyone have any idea what I should do now?

You seem to have the right number - Enquiries: 0300 123 1372 - I just rang it and it went to the right place - answer phone to begin with but def the moneyclaims centre ( they ask if you want to speak in Welsh lol ) but hold on and it puts you through to a human.

Send them an email too so you've got something 'for the file' if you're struggling with the deadline.

Ask for a 'Read' receipt if your email system allows. You should get an auto-response anyway.

Set out the situation explaining that you've received the N56 but have no knowledge of the CCJ so request further information.

Salford CCMCC is similar to MCOL.

If the N56 was sent by them this suggests that there may have been a Default Judgment in the past so you need to explore whether you received the claim form in the first place.
