I have some employment issues including breach of data protection act possibly, I have just posted but now can't find my own post! Sorry I've really used forums before

I've read the thread and I do think there is a breach of Data Protection Act, however, I don't know enough as to the remedy for such a breach to advise but have asked others to advise on your employment law forum.

Thank you very much. It's good just to hear I am right, they are not really taking it on as serious at all, simply apologised and moved on.
