    Can anyone help me out? I'm new to the forum can any one direct me as to how to post to ask for some advice with employment issues.

      I have some employment issues including breach of data protection act possibly, I have just posted but now can't find my own post! Sorry I've really used forums before

            I've read the thread and I do think there is a breach of Data Protection Act, however, I don't know enough as to the remedy for such a breach to advise but have asked others to advise on your employment law forum.
