  • Judgement Issued

    Hi,

I entered a judgement on 1st August and received written notification from moneyclaim, and since judgement has been issued.

Any one able to advise what happens next?

    Thank you

You now will want to look at your enforcement options. Have a read here ->https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-...rce-a-judgment - for a simplistic overview.

Is the judgment a forthwith order ?

Any communications with the debtor since the judgment ?

          Hi Chinky

Do you mean you filed a claim on 1st August?
If so, has the other party acknowledged the claim?
You can phone CCBC to find out, but they do have 19 or so days to respond, & I have read elsewhere that CCBC has a bit of a backlog atm.
