  • Restons/ M&S store card V Kandis's hubby WON

Last Christmas was issued a claim from Restons. I like, the biggest numpty, on the planet, was too late in acknowledging the claim!! I should know the drill from being on here, so I hang my head in shame!! Subsequently got a CCJ, which I wasn't happy about at all.
Anyway to cut a long story short - I contacted Paul Tilley, who has been fantastic and s... Hot at his job. He wasn't impressed with me either, having not filed the acknowledgment on time! Huge lesson learnt!
Anyway after Mr Tilley submitting a fantastic defence, yesterday he gave me the best news ever! Case withdrawn and CCJ taken off. Whoooohooo happy days!!
Without him I would have lost for sure!
So thank you guys for your support and of course to Mr Tilley.
    🤗😀😀
