Hi Robbiemac ... couple of questions:
is the assessment at home or in a centre?
have you got anyone there for support?
have you got notes to make sure you remember everything you want to say (in case you feel flustered)?

These attachments might be of help for your preparation xx

Hiya Kati'.. I can send you symptoms, reports etc by email if that's okay".. 'would be much easier I think'.. I had Carotid artery dissection & blood clot side of my neck & head' last September. ..there's multiple more things.. arthritis, fluid on spine spondulitis, reynaulds disease, massive headaches depression anxiety plus more.. I'm being medicated & treated for them all.. Recently diagnosed with C.o.p.d. & struggling to breath with any activity. . Any way I've applied for higher rate pip', I'm on standard rate just now"".. I have re- assessment/medical Thursday .. 'was wondering if the medical is any different to my initial one for pip' where they awarded me standard rate. . Sorry long one'..
thanks Kati...

There's no need to send me anything Robbie ... just make sure you keep it all handy for the assessment on Thurs  It's usually better to have a friend/family member around ... even just as a witness ... they can remind you of things etc...

From what I have read, the assessment will be pretty much what you've had previously. Make certain you tell them how each symptom affects your day-to-day life and don't hide anything!!

I'll be alone.. theyve agreed to taxi for me'.. memory loss bit of an issue' nothing stays in my mind very long".. 'wasnt sure if the questions are more or less the same as last time.. 'i referred to notes in my phone last time .. I'm just not too clued up on how the extra mobility help is there to help me', & what the extra money is to be used for etc.. I'm presuming to get me out more and to get to appointments. . I've got lots councilling set up & multiple doc appointments. . But isolation & too much time alone for many years".. too many symptoms to explain separately to them"& too much paperwork. . Anyway thanks Kati""..
