      I receive 2 parking charge in a week from smart parking they sent me a letter with the camera shown my car the entry and exit. I have 5 days remaining for 14 days discount the first one and the second one have 7 days remaining, someone told me to appeal but I don't know what to say on the appeal I need help please and sorry for my English as its my second language

          Are you in Scotland as well? If so then IGNORE. POFA gives the parking company the right to claim from the keeper of the car if they don't know the name of the driver. But it doesn't apply in Scotland and they can only go after the driver, who they don't know. So don't tell them the name of the driver, you don't have to.
