    I have just received a Notice of change of representative from Marsh finance. What does that mean.

      Is the charge on your house from a CCJ ? and have you been making any payments towards the CCJ ?

      Change of rep usually means a change in solicitors dealing with the claim - was there an accompanying letter indicating they might be looking to further enforcement ?

      Otherwise it could be a change in the owner of the CCJ and charge - actually it might help to know who the charge is from and to.

        The court order on the house did not state any payment. This is the first correspondence in 4 years or more.The letter says that Marsh are acting in person. There is no court stamp on the letter but says it from a combined court.
