Re: Hi folks I'm new to this need help quick
You think you defaulted on the t-mobile debt (if one ever existed) about 11 years ago? It should be statute barred if so which would be a full defence.
Approx how much is the claim for ?
Do you have a copy of the letter you sent to Lowell before christmas ?
We can write back to Lowell ( bit odd it's Lowell Solicitors ? acting for Sigma Red ? ) any chance you can type out the particulars of claim first please.#staysafestayhome
Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.

Re: Hi folks I'm new to this need help quick
1)the defendant entered into an agreement with the sigma financial group limited under account reference xxx xxxxx xxxx
2)the defendant failed to maintain the required payments and a default notice was served and not complied with.
3)the agreement was later assigned to claimant on 12/11/2015 and notice given to defendant.
4)despite repeated requests for payment the sum of £155.07 remains due and outstanding.
A)the said sum of £155.07
B)interest pursuant to s69 county courts act 1984 at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of assignment to the date of issue accruing at a daily rate of £0.034 but limited to one year being £5.37
C)costs
When lowell sent me the letter in 2015 I phoned them to find out where the 155 comes from and asked them to send me prove that I owe the money. They didn't send any information and then they issued the claim on 19th April 2016.
