      I am confused over this paragraph you have advised:

      D4 - we should do some disclosure directions for the Consumer Credit Agreement, Statement of Account, Default notice, Notice of Assignment - also inc moving case to small claims - ( You sent a CPR 31.14 request before the set aside? if not you should do that now)
      I sent a request for dovuments under the CCA on the 10/02/16 shall i do this again ?

        Nope that CCA request stands so that's absolutely fine.

        You should though do a CPR 31.14 request now - unless you did that too ? ( http://legalbeagles.info/forums/show...ic-information )

        I know it's tricky without having a copy of the POC but usually it's okay to assume they mentioned the agreement, default and assignment.

        Hang fire on the N181 for the moment.
