What is the legality of a situation where a document has been altered in order to affect the outcome of a vote to keep or reject a proposal.
Original document has slightly differentt wording to the document used to inform the voters of the subject under consideration.
The altered document gives an impression that to vote for it would be a good thing whereas the original indicates that it would be detrimental to accept the
proposal.
The vote was taken and the result was to accept the proposal to become law. A law which will affect thousands of people negatively.
Is this fraud?
If so does the result of the vote become invalid? Seeing as using misleading documentation is not in line with INFORMED DECISION MAKING
