      Your CPR 31.14 letter can ask for the Agreement, Notice of assignment and Default Notice as they are all mentioned in the particulars of claim.

      Date of Defence - put your issue date in the first boxes on here http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html then Add 33 days - that gives you the defence date.

      If the claim is against your husband then yes he should sign the letters ( the CPR and the CCA request )

                  Check that they have been delivered and print out in case they deny receiving them

                      Hi all

                      My husband received this letter today from Robinson way.

                      we acknowledge receipt of your request under sections 77-979 pf the consumer credit act.
                      your account is now with our clients solicitor Howard & co and they have issued a county court claims against you.

                      as you have filed your defence in this matter, all documents will be requested by our clients solicitor Howard & co as part of this process therefore please find enclosed your £1.00 fee.

                      they have returned the PO. We have not heard from Howard & Cohen. My tracking says they have received the letter but not proof of it signed for has come through 14/3/16.

                      Any advise on on what to do next would be very grateful.
