    by rights it should be stayed by now or at least in the very near future

    if restons do come up with a copy of the CCA i will update the thread

        i had already filed my defence before i started this thread maybe a 28 day extension might of helped me before the horse had bolted so to speak but hindsight is a wonderful thing
        The 28-day extension thing, which is quite often included in a CPR 31.14 letter to the claimant's legal rep, is a courtesy thingy.
