  • Offering Consumer Credit (Under 18)

    Hi,

I have a couple of members that work with me and we offer credit to consumers/customers.

Can these people that are under 18 carry out/create the application or does it have to be done by someone over 18?

What kind of credit? Are you a shop allowing people to settle their bill weekly or are you entering into full credit agreements with interest on repayment terms?

      I should have clarified prior,

It's a full credit agreement with interest on (or off) repayments

Do you have a consumer credit licence?
