This morning she was stood arms folded hanging back, walking behind my laughing. Her words were 'yes my visitors came last night instead of Tuesday' then beeping her horn when she drove past me. She has removed all my family from social media and the majority of our mutual friends. Today she has posted on Facebook about been on illegal dosages of her medication again, as a mutual friend has told me. I've blocked her did do a long time ago because I don't need this in my life

You are going to end up in an early grave with all this worrying you're doing. The human brain and body can only take so much. Please stop it for your or your family's sake. You have nothing to worry about it. Leave the venomous little snakes in school behind you. Listen to the solicitor, there is no case to answer as we have told you all along. If anything you want to consider suing them for something like defamation of character, and possibly a claim for psychiatric injury if the problems continue.

Nice woman. Is that the only text she has sent you ? Where did the PS3/4 stuff come in ?

Personally, I would take it and any other communications you have had to the Police station yourself and tell them how scared you have been and how this started, how worried you are, and how this stuff is spreading around the school, friends etc - it should help put your mind at rest and they may have some advice - i don't think it's injunction worthy - but i think you should do something rather than wait for the next thing to happen constantly. You've been through it with a solicitor, so you can do it with the Police.

It didn't star the swearing! I've removed it!! Phew that's all I've had from her: I sold the games station because we upgraded to another one and where the jewerllary comes in; if no idea whatsoever!! I still have it all proudly sat on my finger and my brackets on my wrists. The solicitor this morning has said that the school more than likely don't want to do anything because they will not want the stress and the embarrassment that something like this will cause. It could be detrimental to the school and especially the head because her name will be involved in this.

I know thank you: my main concern is safe guarding my children. I am not bothered about anything else in all honesty. I just don't want something happening to me that could affect them. I most definitely will not be doing anything within a school environment again. Nor will I do anything with charitable funds, as this just isn't worth it.

Swearing that doesn't get starred out is acceptable on here so don't worry xx

You don't need to explain to us, or her, it's none of her business.

Don't respond to her messages, or show that it has affected you at all. She's a sad sad person. Keep them though, and keep writing in your diary.

The Solicitor is likely right. the school haven't done anything so far, and are unlikely to. You seem to have been treated as some sort of scape goat.

However if you continue getting threats from this woman, or anyone else, you must take it to the Police. I'd be happier if you'd go and have a chat with them now, even if it just sets your mind at ease. It's been six months since this began and although you've had some remission it's still affecting you terribly.

You can report this venomous little creature to the police for harassment. Your weight is irrelevant to you but bullying to the police, ie stalking, trolling. Facebook: the libellous words on face-book are likely a criminal offence by itself of a cyber nature. You could sue her for defamation, and possible psyche injury claim (if she's worth suing).

                        at the bottom is this...

How will the Police treat a bullying or harassment incident?

Don't be afraid to report bullying or harassment to the police. You will be taken seriously. The police deal with this regularly and can offer you help and support.
What you tell the police will be dealt with sensitively and professionally.
                        from CAB ( https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/di...ut-harassment/ )
When is something harassment under the Act?

Generally speaking harassment is behaviour which causes you distress or alarm.

The Act also says you must have experienced at least two incidents by the same person or group of people for it to be harassment.

It's the courts that decide if something is harassment under the Act. The courts will look at whether most people or a reasonable person would think the behaviour amounts to harassment.

Is only she was worth suing. I don't want to say too much and be as bad as her but her what I will say is people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. I don't think she has thought this threw properly at all. Yes I did try to call her when the message came threw and then hung up after a few rings when I realised what I was doing was stupid. I can't stop the allegations she has made anymore than I can turn back time. We were friends for other 10 years. Our children called us auntie and we were like sisters, so much so people at school actually asked us if we were. The thing that gets to me most of all is that none of this has clearly affected her and she's just out to get me.

If she is an employee of the school, you could sue the school indirectly (vicarious liability, as it's legally known). Vicarious liability is not easy either as it's normally a back-up plan ie sue the employer for the actions or omission of its employees, for instance work place bullying which worsens a mental health condition. So the courts do a strict test: 'were actions or omissions regarded as 'within the course of her employment.' etc.

Well yesterday that vile woman came up to my in playground and started swearing and shouting and called me a smack head! All in front of my child and other parents. I asked her a few times to leave me alone. I also said that j didn't want to talk to her and this wasn't the right environment to speak infront of the children. She shouted well the police are coming for you, they are taking my statement next week: Hang on she said this week tuesday: Anyway, I didn't rise to her vile accusations. However, when she said that I was calling her house phone and messaging her I did laugh. I said I phoned you once and messaged you once now please go away and she continued. My little girl was terrified! She was clinging to anothe parents leg and it took me 39 minutes to clam her down once we got in the car - we have a caravan so my husband was waiting in the car for me.
I have spoken with the head teacher and she has assured me that she will speak with them on Monday and earn them it shouldn't be happening but wants their side of the tale too. She's going to speak to them together, which I think is highly inappropriate. This woman has form for been like this she really does!!!! The head asked me for witnesses well of course there is and she is going to contact them. I just want to take my children out of that school and away from that vile horrible woman? I've booked an appointment with the solicitor who I spoke to Tuesday for Monday morning, as I'm not standing for this. In addition, this crazy woman is currently commiting benefit fraud and driving a car with no insurance! I just can't believe it. I've again had hardly any sleep worrying when and where th next attack is going to come from
