After being told once by dealership (March 2015) & by Peugeot finance (13th Nov 2015) i have a PCP agreement and could VT my vehicle, the finance company said they would post out a quote to me so i could VT and i would receive the letter within 3 working days . I rang back to say i had`nt received any letter , they said i Did`nt have a PCP but a Personal Lease agreement , after being passed to every department (this was also the case on 13th) & asking to speak to the original person who told me this, they said hes on the phone , can speak to the person who said she would post out the letter & ring her back if I had any problems ?? oh shes left the department !!! at the end i was told the only thing i could do was to sell the vehicle !!! it clearly says in the agreement I Can NOT sell the vehicle.. !!!!!

do you have facilities to post up the agreement and blank out your personal info so we can take a look?If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

I've taken a look at your agreement and it seems that this is a lease agreement and not a conditional sale, PCP or hire-purchase agreement. Therefore you do not have any rights to terminate once you have reached the 50% mark. Your rights to terminate are set out in clause 9. Your primary period is 46 months and you may terminate your agreement before the balloon rental becomes due i.e notice of intention to terminate before the 45th monthly payment.
Your other options to have the car sold to a dealer and make up the difference in price.
Your options are limited i'm afraid but you cannot VT the agreement. If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
