my name is mel and i have paid a lot of money to redress claims and lost it all. i was told that they could get all my debts ripped off so i would be debt free. they have lied to me and robbed me because i was vulnerable. i paid them from my credit card so is there any way i could claim my money back if so can you tell me the steps that i need to go down please.

I think Redress Claims went under a while back - I'll check shortly.

How much approx have you paid to them ? Was this for 'unenforceable' credit agreements ?

You might be able to do a section 75 claim against your credit card providers. Did you pay Redress upfront from a single card or an amount from each different card?
