Anyone having trouble with think money?

My wife is with think money. They charge her £14 a month to use the "bank" the issue she is that they are meant to keep money back to pay her bills but have times have not took it out on time so end paying late. I have several time suggested going to a high street bank like Halifax and just get a bog standard bank so no over draft etc...

Some times unable to check the account balance at cash point machines. Unable to pay for items with the card as the shop accept that card ... The list goes on.

Presumably your Wife had some credit problems in the past - is she in a Debt Management Plan as well as using Think Money ? They usually get connected, so need to check what else is happening and any terms to start reorganising things.

She could open a basic bank account at Halifax/Nationwide/Santander any of those under most circumstances, without a monthly fee.
