Hi,
my name is jak and i am aware that it has been mentioned on this site before and i wish i would have found it sooner but i am having trouble with the reality expansion group, well a company that work on behalf of them called PIMO ltd. after some persausion and the hard sale by the company owner i decided to invest in a below market value property because i was promised that it would be easy for me to get a mortage. after the first failed attempt she invited me up to meet her where she actually didnt meet me but her PA did, and what they suggested to progress was not legal. i was hesitant about moving forward and wasnt happy with it.
Now, back to the beginning because they had promised id get a mortgage straight away i had to put a deposit of £5000 down as a deposit and was asked to sign an agreement which is very vague in what is states, but one of the cluases states that after 12 months if pimo could not find a solution then they would only have to refund £1000 and keep the rest for time incurred.
it has been 8 months now and they are completely ignoring me for the last 2 months because they have no other options and have no way forward apart from the illegal way.
What i beleive they are doing is holding out for the 12 months when they can keep most of the money, now i thought something fishy was happening so i started recording the calls and i have on recording the owner of the company stating that she has done this method with at least 6 other people and it has worked fine. could this be used or was it pointless to record it?
im not sure where to go with this so any advice would be great.
