hi my mum as made a card payment over the phone to a company callstop she received the box and changed her mind so returned it and was told they would refund her but they have not they wont answer the phone when we are phoning them anyone any ideas how to sort this thanks

Do you know the company address or address she returned the box to ? Just trying to do a bit of digging and the only company I can see went under in 2009.

we have the receipt here because we returned it recordered delivery and they at to sign for it we have tracked it and they did sign for it
