Scam operated by British Passport Services

Hi - I've just joined the forum as I have been following closely the helpful comments / advice on how to deal with the threats I have been receiving from British Passport Services ( Uk services and support Ltd )
This company have tricked dozens of people into believing they were the official government passport site - charging you £ 177.00 for making an appointment at Passport office only to find you had paid for nothing. After more than 6 months of threatening telephone calls and letters I received this morning Court Claim Form . I know Legal Beagles have been looking at this and would welcome any advice on how to defend
