Hi its not about anybody not helping you, you have left this in my opinion far too late in the day.... You would need to think carefully about this as you can contact 1st Credit and try and hammer out some kind of settlement even now. If you wait til 1st Credit applies to have your defense stuck out then you will be subject to court judgement.
I do hope you can sort this out I did take the time to read your posts yesterday.
Others may have a different opinion

Crazeehouse, we have over 60,000 members, lots of posts to deal with every day and very few people in comparison to answer. Everyone here helps in their own free time, at no cost to others. Sometimes a little patience is needed, your first post was a little over 24 hours ago, suddenly throwing a strop and removing attachments does not help anyone to help you.

When you speak to that £155/hr solicitor, make sure you show him a little more courtesy. I expect he may take more than 24 hours to reply to you too and even then only between the hours of 9-5, 5 days a week, good luck.

I understand that tools, but all I was getting was questions, and being asked to post up info, which I did. Mineral 1 said he had read my posts, but only now has he commented.
I have a second chance at this to put in a better defence, otherwise why would the judge give me 3 weeks.

People were looking into your post in the background, whilst dealing with several other dozen cases FOR FREE. You only posted yesterday, a little patience would not have hurt, sadly now I think you have may have ruined any chances of people being willing to assist.

Re: Hi, court clain from 1st credit, need urgent advice please

I have already spoken to the solicitor, courteously.
I fell like people have just read my attachments for their own use, this thread must be watched otherwise I wouldn't have the response I have now.
I thought I had this case sorted, and need not bother anyone on these free helpful sites, but it is now a different story-my fault I know.

The questions are needed for someone to advice better any solicitor who you pay will have a good many questions to ask so he can get more 155 quids per hour please remember those who offer advice on here do it for Free and if you bothered to read some more related threads you will see many of them do it at all hours of the day.
Wherever you get advice from good luck with this

It was a shame nobody told me they were looking into it.

FWIW The application is the agreement and would probably be enforceable. They do need to provide the BOS condition of use leaflet or recon of it - on the front page you have confirmed you have received and read them and it refers to them on the second page. It does state in the WS that they have provided two sets of the T&Cs - presumably inception terms and as varied before default. They are correct you should be arguing section 78 running credit agreements. They are also correct about the timescales for providing the agreement.

Hope you're feeling better Mineral xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thankyou mineral, hope you feel better soon.
I do voluntary work too , 4 hours a week, I wouldn't be any good if I turned up for 4 hours and only asked questions. You have to give feedback.
