hi all am a newbie and deeply troubled as I think i missed my date for filing at CMC

  • hi all am a newbie and deeply troubled as I think i missed my date for filing at CMC

    I received a claim form which is dated 21 October 2014, sorry went to jelly and have just acknowledge the claim at 2.30am this morning. am I too late?

    You'll have to be more specific so that those here can help you. Provide as much as you can without compromising yourself.

      Try and log in to MoneyClaim online using the password etc on the front of the form, else give the court a call and tell them you have just received it and what's best to do about acknowledging the claim.

        you may be in time, just, but that does depend on the accuracy of what you tell us here.

        The court will confirm if your AOS was in time

          sorry just in from work, will fill you in when i have "gone to bed" after dinner. i leave for work at 7am so appreciate the difficulties for you to be able to help, thanks for the support though
