    Hi all. Have issues with mortgage company trying to pretend they were never aware of tenancy at my house. Lots of snippets about their closeness to brokers which makes it near obvious they do but any suggested avenues of enquiry would be very welcome

          Hi the lender was put on notice that there would be a long term tenancy by virtue of the fact that the mortgage applicant stated their employer was one of the "equity release " sale and leaseback outfits
